The Witch's Cauldron

Step into the cauldron and let the magic begin!! 🔮

This playful, all-levels Halloween flow is built around the idea of creating a yoga "potion" one ingredient at a time! Rather than teaching one set sequence from beginning to end, we'll start with a simple flow and progressively add movements, poses, and transitions throughout the class! 🧙

We'll begin by warming the body and stirring the cauldron with foundational movements before adding our ingredients:

🌿 Grounding--strong standing poses and grounding movements

🔥 Fire--heat-building flows, lunges, twists, and core work

🌬️ Air--balance, expansion, and playful movement
