About the event

Join us for this 6-week youth fitness camp that focuses on all aspects of fitness. Your kids will learn basic barbell movements, build strength and endurance, and practice many drills to help progress speed, power, and agility.

During week 1, we will take starting fitness measurements to test athletes' strength, speed, conditioning, and agility. We will then take repeat measuremnts during week 6 to see how the athletes progressed. A summary of the results will be sent to parents/athletes after the camp concludes.

This camp will be run by owners Max & Mara Soucy, who have a combined 18 years of personal training experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. We will also have help from our intern, Michael Modaff, who is looking to gain more experience working in a gym setting. With all hands on deck, we expect this event to be a great experience for all!

Eligibility:

Kids (male or female) entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade next year. Appropriate for any youth looking to progress their skills for sports or just looking to try something new!

Time and Dates:

Every Monday and Wednesday at 4:00-5:30pm from June 17 through July 24, for a total of 12 x 1.5 hour long sessions.

Capacity:

This event has a max capacity of 10 participants.

Registration Fee: 

$240 for the 6-week session (only $20 per class!).
