Join us for our next SEND IT SATURDAY event at The Ranch. Our Send It Saturday workouts are free and open to the community. These workouts are meant to be above average for difficulty, but we will provide modifications as able!
Saturday 7/18: "Xmas In July"
You all know the song..."on the first day of Christmas..." This workout will follow the same format, but with reps of various exercises.
1 lap farmer carry (varying weights)
2 laps running
3 burpees
