Recovery Class

Feeling sore from your workouts? Is your back hurting while sitting at your desk? This class is perfect for you! 

Think Yoga, but instead of a Yogi, we have a Nick! Nick is passionate about stretching and recovery style workouts, thus the creation of this class! We want to offer this to our members to help with their aches and pains, and allow for more productive workouts! 

Price is the same as our Strength in Numbers classes! $15 drop in, or cheaper rates with purchase of a package.
