About the event
Don't let this lockdown stop you from reaching your goals! Some movement is better than no movement, so join us for a 35 minute workout online. Â To help acheive fitness maintanence goals during these trying times, we will progress through strength and cardio training blocks each week.Â
And no need to fear if you're camera shy--you can always turn that camera off!Â
What you will need: Zoom app (on your phone or computer), some space to move, and a pair of weights. Other ideas if you don't have weights: a pair of filled water bottles/jugs or a pair of soup cans.
