About the event
Don't let this lockdown stop you from reaching your goals! Some movement is better than no movement, so join us for a 35 minute workout online. To help acheive fitness maintanence goals during these trying times, we will progress through strength and cardio training blocks each week.
And no need to fear if you're camera shy--you can always turn that camera off!
What you will need: Zoom app (on your phone or computer), some space to move, and a pair of weights. Other ideas if you don't have weights: a pair of filled water bottles/jugs or a pair of soup cans.
