Join us for this FREE workshop on how to use a foam roller to improve your functional mobility. Great for both athletes and the general gym-goer! Lead by the owner of Optimal Physical Therapy and owner of The Ranch Training Center. We will have some foam rollers available, but please bring your own if you have one. Spots are limited - we hope to see you there!
