BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Â 45 n Fit: A 45 minute workout 3x/week [MWTr] from July 5th- August 10th, starting at 5:15 AM. 6 people, paid in full, all held accountable to get their fitness on!
Class details: Kickstart your morning! 1 warm up circuit for 15 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of a barbell movement, with a 15 minute bootcamp style finisher! Â It's both an accountability group and workout group. We'll put you all in a group chat to help everyone stay accountable, shore up the eating, etc... Â
