$10 registration fee. Cash, check or venmo due to @max-soucy by Monday 7/25.

Weigh in starts at 7:30am. Will need to have your opening attempts ready at this point (in kilograms).

Lifting will begin promptly at 9am. Lifting order will be announced after weigh-ins.

The order of events will be the squat, bench press, then deadlift with 3 attempts at each event.

Must have minimum 1/3 successful lifts for each event to score/place.

All attempts will be in kilograms. Conversion chart will be available at the scoring table.

We will be following USAPL technical rules for each lift. Look for more information on this as we get closer!

Scores will be calculated with DOTS scoring system-based on gender, body weight, and overall total.

Awards to top 3 lifters.
