Barbell Basics

A beginner's introduction to using a barbell safely

Service Description

A 1 hour class designed for beginners that have limited to no experience using a barbell. We'll walk through proper form for several popular barbell exercises and give plenty of time to practice each lift. Note: this class is STRONGLY recommended if you plan to join a Strength In Numbers group class and have not used a barbell before. These classes incorporate a fair amount of barbell work, and instructors will not have adequate time to teach individuals how to perform each lift during the class.

1-on-1 cancellation within 16 HR is $25 charge 2-on-1 cancellation within 16 HR is $10 charge
