We can't believe it's already September! We've noticed that as summer progressed, many members have decreased their frequency here at the gym. We get it--life happens, and we're all about soaking up every bit of these amazing Wisconsin summers. But now that summer is winding down, our challenge to you is to recommit to those health & fitness goals. Let's really get after it this month! The holidays (and the new year) are right around the corner--don't lose sight of the promise you made to yourself at the beginning of the year. It's never too late to recommit.
Need a kickstart to get motivated again? Try out one of our Strength In Numbers group workouts! We (loosely) plan the workouts to be 50% strength training and 50% cardiovascular training--but each workout will be very different. Our classes are a great option if you struggle to program your own workouts, need accountability to get in the gym, or have general fitness goals (i.e. "I just want to get moving more regularly"). Plus, it's a great way to make some new workout buddies!
Along those lines, we're getting back into the habit of regularly posting our group workout schedule at the beginning of each month. Be sure to look out for posts like this one on the 1st of the month-we'll be putting them on our social media platforms and here on our website blog (they will be filed under the "SIN Schedule" tab).
